The 2026 Women in Blue Leadership Conference will be held in Little Rock, AR, July 15-17, 2026 at the Jack T. Stevens Institute on the UAMS campus (4018 West Capital Avenue, Little Rock, AR).

This conference empowers women to transform ideas into action. Women in law enforcement have steadily increased their presence and influence over the past several decades, contributing significantly to the field’s diversity, effectiveness, and community relations. Despite historically low numbers and persistent challenges, women officers have demonstrated exceptional leadership, resilience, and dedication. Speakers will present information on wellness, work-life balance, benefits of mentorship and tactical decision making.
