2026 Women in Blue Leadership Conference
The 2026 Women in Blue Leadership Conference will be held in Little Rock, AR, July 15-17, 2026 at the Jack Stevens Building on the UAMS campus.
This conference empowers women to transform ideas into action. Women in law enforcement have steadily increased their presence and influence over the past several decades, contributing significantly to the field’s diversity, effectiveness, and community relations. Despite historically low numbers and persistent challenges, women officers have demonstrated exceptional leadership, resilience, and dedication.
Early bird pricing until June 1st, 2026. After June 1st, it increases to $450
Call for Proposals
We invite experienced, innovative, and motivated leaders in law enforcement to share their knowledge and perspective by submitting a proposal to present at our conference.
Topics of interest include: Mentorship & Professional Development, Leading and supervising in a male-dominated field, and Work Life Balance
